Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items received damaged or defective.

What we accept

The item arrived damaged or defective
You report it within 7 days of delivery
You share clear photos or a short video as evidence
The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging

What we can't accept

Change of mind or colour preference
Minor handmade variations (each piece is unique)
Misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear
Custom or personalised orders (including custom bouquets)

How to start a return

1Email us at info@crochetwomania.ae within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
2Attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect.
3We'll review and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund — whichever works best for you.

Warranty

As every piece is handmade, no additional warranty is provided beyond the 7-day damaged/defective window above. With gentle care, your crochet pieces are made to be loved for years.
